The caravan was larger than expected and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Sue from the hotel provided bedding when we forgot to pay for it. Resort and location were excellent. Caravan facilities were good, apart from a problem with the oven grill. 🔒

The value for money at Holidays Villa was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with the beach and local amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay enjoyable.

More variety for breakfast would have been nice, especially in terms of the food options available.

I recently stayed at a great location called Holidays Villa in Skegness. The spacious van provided everything we needed, including an airfryer, pans, and plenty of cooking utensils. The staff were really helpful and there was even an app to arrange any additional help or add-ons. The site was clean and well kept, and the accommodation itself was very clean. It was advertised as a one bedroom chalet, but to our surprise, it turned out to be a four bedroom, two bathroom caravan, which was perfect for our group of four adults and three children. The facilities close by were plentiful and it was just a 20 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. it was a fantastic experience.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Skegness Holidays! The area was beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely duck pond and plenty of grassy areas for our dog to enjoy. The caravan itself was exactly as pictured and described, and felt very homely. We were impressed with the modern amenities, such as the air fryer and sandwich toaster. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was great for staying connected. we had a fantastic time during our stay.

While there were some minor inconveniences during our stay, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. We would have appreciated having bedding and towels provided, as well as kitchen towels and a frying pan.

The location was absolutely perfect. Having a lovely distance between each caravan made us feel safe and secure, even at night. The facilities were amazing, and having Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV made it feel like a home away from home. We especially loved the french doors that opened up to a beautiful view of the sunset.

We had a great time at Skegness Holidays! The caravan was clean and in a nice safe location. The surroundings were quiet and we enjoyed seeing the local wildlife. The beach and local amenities were conveniently close by. We especially loved Club Tropicana and the incredible chicken shop and Chinese takeaway nearby. The caravan itself had a lovely homely feel and we enjoyed relaxing on the decking area. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the electrics tripping out and some cleanliness issues, we were overall satisfied with our stay. We would recommend Skegness Holidays for a pleasant getaway.

The mobile home we stayed in at Skegness Holidays was furnished with high-quality fittings and even had an ensuite toilet, which was a pleasant surprise. The site itself was well-managed and we were able to park right next to our accommodation. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a short distance from a beautiful sandy beach with free car parking.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. the freezer in our mobile home wasn't working, although we didn't realize it until after we had left.

We stayed in a 10-berth caravan that was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, including an air fryer. The second night, we stayed in an 8-berth caravan that was smaller but more modern and equally clean. The caravans had plenty of room for our family and were warm and comfortable. The location of the site was convenient, with local attractions and food/drink options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our contact, Sue, who arranged extras like bedding and towels, was welcoming and responsive. The beach was just a short walk away, providing great fun for the kids.

Felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay, no complaints whatsoever.
